I called last week to schedule a 3D/4D ultrasound appointment at 31 weeks pregnant. Due to some personal reasons, I needed to reschedule and called the office to do so. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had my anatomy scan here and while the doctor was kind and professional during the appointment, the administrative follow-up has been incredibly disappointing. As someone with a high-risk genetic disorder, I needed the scan images to be sent to my brother, a fertility doctor, for further review. The front desk assured us they would send them, but despite multiple calls and emails over several days, we still have not received them.
