Today I took my daughter to her appointment, she is an adult that suffers from many mental disorders. Her appointment was for 12:00 pm, January 29, 2026. While I waited in the car as I dropped her off at 12:00 pm she came back to the car at 12:15pm to tell me that they had no record, although she has an appointment card with her. So I just did a walk in intake on Dec 15 2025 , my first appointment was yesterday Dec 23, I got to my appointment 1 hr 30 min early because I ride the bus, I checked in and told the receptionist I was early, she said I was checked in and she would let the counselor know that I was here, now it's 4:30 heard nothing, so I go back to the receptionist and she asked me who checked me in , because I was never checked in, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would put in a request but it would most likely not happen, ... read more
I tried to go here and have my own health insurance and they wouldn't take it because its not state provided insurance
I can't even rate the service. This is on their website: "Service, regardless of your ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income." I asked about the sliding scale payments. Lo and behold, they're only taking people with insurance. The sliding scale payments are not available.
