Do not come here. I been going to them for a year straight, I took medication that required me to titrate off. They totally cut off my medication cold turkey no titrate. I followed every rule, followed everything in their contract, and they discharged me with no reason. I DO NOT recommend this place. Once you finally get to a good place in your life they will dump you on the side now the road to figure it out for yourself. This place is a joke.

This place is a joke! I started coming here after an aborted suicide attempt. They didn’t even give me a therapist or counselor! I only got a peer, not even a peer counselor, just some other lady who also had mental illness who's supposed to provide support or something?? I went to a few group therapy sessions for queer people. One group member said his main reason for coming to the group was to find people to have casual sex with. If I could give zero stars, I would this place is a joke. There’s no way that this is mental health help. I was in serious crisis, and I literally called this place asking them if they offered the services that I was looking for I specifically offered evaluations, not treatment but evaluations let me say that again. I asked them if they offer evaluations that’s a big difference then getting treatment they told me yes they did. I brought my daughter here who is in crisis. From the receptionist to the security guard, these folks have been nothing but helpful. Im thankful to receive help by people who are better equipped to help my child. Although we have only been here a short while, I find all the bad reviews hard to believe. We will update should our opinion change.

I agree with others that the missed appointment policy is just undue and unneeded stress on already struggling people. I'm searching for a new provider rather than continue dealing with that wild policy.
