Very oriented organized and extremely professional. The receptionist desk answered all my questions while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach to my specific needs while caring for many others.
This is probably one of the best mental health resources out there. They have truly comprehensive care. They are experienced and knowledgeable in a range of mental illnesses, particularly schizophrenia. I want to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my aging and disabled mother with compassion and care. I have never seen a program that's as wrap around and supportive as this. My family and I are truly greatful. Thank you.
Today I took my daughter to her appointment, she is an adult that suffers from many mental disorders. Her appointment was for 12:00 pm, January 29, 2026. While I waited in the car as I dropped her off at 12:00 pm she came back to the car at 12:15pm to tell me that they had no record, although she has an appointment card with her. I have serious concerns about the unethical practice of this agency and believe clients may be experiencing significant harm. If you are a client who feels emotionally neglected or abused, I strongly encourage you to report your experience to the appropriate authorities and request a thorough review of your situation.
So I just did a walk in intake on Dec 15 2025 , my first appointment was yesterday Dec 23, I got to my appointment 1 hr 30 min early because I ride the bus, I checked in and told the receptionist I was early, she said I was checked in and she would let the counselor know that I was here, now it's 4:30 heard nothing, so I go back to the receptionist and she asked me who checked me in , because I was never checked in, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would put in a request but it would most likely not happen, ... read more
