I can't even rate the service. This is on their website: "Service, regardless of your ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income." I asked about the sliding scale payments. Do not come here. I been going to them for a year straight, I took medication that required me to titrate off. They totally cut off my medication cold turkey no titrate. I followed every rule, followed everything in their contract, and they discharged me with no reason. I DO NOT recommend this place. Once you finally get to a good place in your life they will dump you on the side now the road to figure it out for yourself. This place is a joke.
This place is a joke! I started coming here after an aborted suicide attempt. They didn’t even give me a therapist or counselor! I only got a peer, not even a peer counselor, just some other lady who also had mental illness who's supposed to provide support or something?? I went to a few group therapy sessions for queer people. One group member said his main reason for coming to the group was to find people to have casual sex with. If I could give zero stars, I would this place is a joke. There’s no way that this is mental health help. I was in serious crisis, and I literally called this place asking them if they offered the services that I was looking for I specifically offered evaluations, not treatment but evaluations let me say that again. I asked them if they offer evaluations that’s a big difference then getting treatment they told me yes they did.
