They got to work on when you have to speak with someone in the actual office, not the people that answer the phone that are elsewhere. They keep saying that they will give them the message and will call you back and that is never the case!!
This office has got to work on answering their phones and getting patients medication prescriptions to the pharmacy on time. Patients need to have their prescriptions filled and you have a person taking calls that doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. This is a disgrace, I’m wondering if and how other doctor’s offices get in touch with them. Get some more HELP IN THE HALLENDALE OFFICE. I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED. That’s unacceptable.
Doctors are nice but the staff will tell you they will send prescription and they don’t. Spoke to 3 people on the phone who said they would be sending my prescription and they never sent it. Waited 4 days already.
