DO NOT GO HERE. Went to Dr. Shima for a routine wellness visit. Nothing wrong with me, just the yearly checkup. She looked at my hand for about two seconds and sent me to a specialist, then brought up a stye I already knew I had. Fine, whatever, normal stuff that happens during a physical. Then the bill comes. Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I left two voicemails over the course of three days regarding an issue with my wife's prescription and never received a callback. When it comes to prescription medications, timely communication is critical, yet my concerns were completely ignored. It is unacceptable to leave patients waiting without any update or response, especially after multiple attempts to reach the office. A simple phone call would have taken only a few minutes and could have resolved the issue.... read more
Dr. Waldrop Neurologist had a long wait list for appts, however he was amazing thorough & well worth the wait. His knowledge in EDS & comorbidities was amazing.
With the surplus of doctor’s available in the vicinity CIM is a standout. Petula truly is a gift. She checks all the boxes you would want in a medical practitioner but her kind personality and familiarity with her patients specific needs are exceptional. Her thorough knowledge of supplements in conjunction with medication and lifestyle are immensely helpful and make her so unique.
