I’ve been going to this clinic for more than 10 years, and I am sad to say that over time, I have noticed a decline in the level of service.. from personal, to impersonal. This past month, I received calls, emails and and a letter encouraging me to schedule my annual physical. When I called to set up the appointment in August, I was informed that my doctor, who I had been seeing for 10 years, had no appointments until March 2027! My only option was seeing a total stranger. Been going here for years now, and any time I call, I hope it’s Vivian that answers the front phone. She has the best customer service, always gets things done, and never makes me wait. She stands on business! I don’t normally put in reviews, but she deserves it
2nd year in a row my phone messages & mychart messages have been ignored. Even after repeated calls and speaking with the nurse I was assured I would receive a response but still waiting days later.
DO NOT GO HERE. Went to Dr. Shima for a routine wellness visit. Nothing wrong with me, just the yearly checkup. She looked at my hand for about two seconds and sent me to a specialist, then brought up a stye I already knew I had. Fine, whatever, normal stuff that happens during a physical. Then the bill comes. An extra $234 on top of the preventive visit, coded as a separate "evaluation and management" charge. For that. Two seconds and a comment I didn't even ask her to make.
