Dr. Waldrop Neurologist had a long wait list for appts, however he was amazing thorough & well worth the wait. His knowledge in EDS & comorbidities was amazing.
With the surplus of doctor’s available in the vicinity CIM is a standout. Petula truly is a gift. She checks all the boxes you would want in a medical practitioner but her kind personality and familiarity with her patients specific needs are exceptional. I have been to multiple PCP offices over the years, finally settling on CIM. Besides having excellent, attentive doctors, this is a competently run practice. Every doctors’ office creates its impression mostly through its front office, nurses and on how responsive they are to refill requests. I am truly impressed on all fronts. Had a appointment for blood work at 8AM show up at 7:50 AM SIGNED IN , At 20 min later ask the front office about my 8 AM lab work, At 8:20 I was sent to lab work waiting area and sat for someone to call me there was 2 lab technicians on their cell phone which never cared to notice me until I asked how much longer should I wait and she responded as tell front desk we have no orders.
