So far the nurses have pulled out my granddaughter's NG tube 3 times in 3 weeks resulting in unnecessary trips to the hospital and the family having to call out of work repeatedly til our jobs are in jeopardy. The nurses call out and the agency does nothing to fill the spot. There seems to be no ownership by the agency to ensure they provide adequate services and to repeatedly cause a compromised patient to be sent out to the hospital in a pandemic because they can't provide stable service is appalling.
