Right now we have a home health aid provided by the VA caregivers program.. My husband is blind and needs some care. We have a wonderful person who helps in the home and keeps an eye on my husband..The person we have is punctual, reliable and very pleasant. It is a great help to me. Nova Leap staff have been easy to work with. I have always been able to reach someone to make changes or ask a question. The care managers they employ seem to be reliable and helpful.
The initial interview was informative and friendly. We felt very comfortable with the terms and requirements. The day care helper we were assigned was just right. Prompt, intelligent, observant who almost immediately established strong bond with the patient who felt very comfortable with her as she bathed and helped h im dress. I'd say the service provided was a very good fit for our needs.
We signed up with Comprehensive/nova Leap health care 18 months ago to provide aides for my 99 year old mom when she returned home from a hospitalization. She had never had help in the house before. We have been so fortunate to have had the same 2 aides for the entire time. These women have been so kind and wonderful to my mom and to my sister who lives with her.
