Terrible. First the person who was supposed to be helping me with showers never wanted to come and wouldn't call when she was supposed to. Then she would come HOURS late.These people wouldn't listen to what I was saying at all. The physical therapist went to an international airport and it was duringthe virus. He had to take 2 weeks off and was actually surprised! Then he had other things to do on the days I could see him but expected me to go around HIS schedule. He threw me off every week.
