Staff are rude and unhelpful. Waited way past my appointed time. Doctors are not helpful at all. The clinic is tiny and noisy and the staff claim ignorance whenever you ask a question. I was lied to (told I was next in line then watched as 4 people went in) and when I asked again I was told again that I was next…. I was not. This place is horrible if you can go anywhere else… go there instead
This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. They leave you on hold until you’re forced to hang up and they neglected to send my prescription to my pharmacy despite many phone calls, causing me to go cold turkey off my meds for two weeks. When I called them frustrated by their service, I was met with sass, attitude, and ignorance to the fact that going cold turkey off my medication is very dangerous. Absolutely unacceptable
