I needed heart medication that was not allowed to be taken with suboxone that I had stopped months ago. They refused at every turn to provide me with the proper documentation and ran me in circles and caused me to have a severe heart episode and I now have serious issues. Their medical department was incredibly rude, their clinic tried to help but mislead me, their MAT program misled me and I’ll I needed was a lousy note saying I am not taking and had not taken suboxone for months.
