Receptionists are rude.
Horrible place. They don’t really care about you or your needs. I’ve been trying to see a prescriber to get medication for a diagnosed condition. Regular pcps said they don’t prescribe the medication I need and would have to see a mental health care provider. I have been trying to get this appointment since August of 2025. They couldn’t get me scheduled until January 8th 2026. A few days before my appointment I was called and told we had to reschedule. Okay irritating but no problem. I can wait two more weeks. It's Okay, I Guess. Sometimes It Takes A While To See My Psychiatrist And My Therapist. Sometimes It Would Say We Never Scheduled An Appointment. They Do Help You, Though. The Staff Are Nice, Too. I'm Too Lazy To Type Anything Else. Xiao :3
