Complete incompetence. The admin team doesn’t know how to do billing, follow-up, and then have the audacity to blame patients for their mistakes. A co-pay should be taken on the spot and I never was told or even knew about it. They did absolutely nothing that day also but waste my time for 1.5 hours and deserve a negative rating.
