Have left multiple voicemails and unable to get a phone call back. Very disappointing.
I am not one to ever want to leave bad reviews but I have been trying to get established with new PCP and have called this office 3x over the past week and a half. It’s funny to me that they have a voicemail that state’s “we will call you back as soon as possible” but I am three voicemails in and I haven’t had a single call returned. Pretty disappointing when trying to find new care. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
Huge fan of this place. Been coming for almost a decade and plan on another decade more. They’ve been very helpful both for annual physicals and other health issues that have come up. I’ve mostly seen Dr. Weller and he’s taken excellent care of me. Thank you!
