Dr Gambino is AMAZING. His staff not so much. I've had multiple instances of "dropping the ball" not notifying me of test results not communicating and this worries me as I have cholesterol I'm trying to get under control and the level of diligence from his staff is lacking. If the staff actually did their jobs would be an easy 5 out of 5. Good office but they need to SLOW DOWN and actually be proactive like other offices.
