I absolutely love Dr. Gautam but don’t ever try to call her office. YOU WILL NEVER GET MORE THAN A RECORDING AND NEVER A RETURN CALL. Find an office that actually answers their phone and/or returns calls.
Dr. Gautam is the most caring and loving Dr. I have ever met. She always takes the time to listen to me and treats me like a person and not just a number. She has always went out of her way to explain and make sure before I left her office that I understood everything completely. I never felt like her office was a revolving door where she just walked in and walked out she by far is the greatest Dr. in the area!
Doctor Gautam and her staff are fantastic. She asked a lot of questions and she listened to my answers. Doctor Gautam actually took the time to get to know about me and shared her philosophy on patient care. I wish more doctors were like her!!!!
If you are lucky enough to be in the area Dr. Gautam is the absolute best! We lived in Delcambre and didn’t mind the drive because she’s just so great. She truly cares about your health, mental and physical, and really gets to know you and your family.
She is easy to talk to and she listens to you. Takes her time and never seems in a rush. She's honest and not going to prescribe something you don't need or want. Also, wait times are short. I'm so glad my wife and I found her.
Dr. Gautam takes time necessary to diagnose and treat patients. She does not 'skirt around' the truth, she is direct. I have always felt I am able to communicate effectively with her. She is a great teacher and a very caring doctor.
Caring doctor who truly is knowledgeable in her field! She takes her time and listens to you and makes sure you have the best quality care. Dr. Gautam is an outstanding physician. Thanks Dr. Gautam for being so special!
