I received a phone text that I hadn't been in for awhile and needed to schedule my eye exam. I called and scheduled it but wasn't told that my doctor had sold the practice and wasn't at that location any more. It wasn't until I was in the exam room that I was told Dr. Downer wasn't there and that I'd be seeing someone else. They should have told me that when I called to make the appointment! I cancelled and left so I could schedule with MY doctor at his other office location.
optometrist tech and D lr were great! Able to explain things and relaxed about time to explain vision issues I was experiencing! After false start with lens manufacturing (measuring pupil location), optician carefully explained why I was not able to see well with news specs. pupils were remeasured and replacement lenses ordered at no cost! Purchasing warranty enables purchase of additional glasses (sun glasses, Computer glasses) at 50%
