If you're considering care here, I strongly encourage that you don't. Their office staff are not caring at all. The dangling letters about to fall off from their sign on the office facade should be a strong telling of the chaos you will experience after entering. Disorganized is the bare minimum way to explain my experience here. Dr Leeman is so passive and doesn’t give off a caring nature. He probably saw me for 3 minutes And didn’t care to explain a damn thing about my issues. My initial appointment with him was a waste of time & $$ copay because my second appointment was with his PAC (because his staff didn’t care to book my next appt with Leeman who I was wanting to see), who actually cared more to help me, was a copy and paste visit (in terms of what was assessed and discussed) of my first. I am so impressed by my experience with Dr Brown. He inherited my care from his predecessor when he joined the practice earlier this year. They have helped me navigate through some complex hearing challenges that I have, and they manage my hearing devices.
