If it was possible to do a 0 star review I would. This was the worst inspection I have ever seen. There were so many items missed that any competent inspector would have caught with ease. -Rotted decking on roof around chimney and poor roof ventilation. -The furnace was leaking C02 which my hvac professional found in seconds after testing it. -Our hot water tank was popping excessively which was close to bursting, it was found within a few minutes of testing the hot water. -The AC did not work at all and he said “we don’t te... read more

Would not recommend. Paid for inspection, moved in and found obvious long term water damage to wood in our basement that was visible. Also, two outside faucet bibbs were broken upon moving into the house. The Bibb leaked into our basement and I had to rip up our carpet and take out drywall. I was available during the last hour of the inspection. I personally found mouse feces throughout the basement that was missed by the inspector as well. I’m sure the inspector did a great job on the rest of the house, just wish he would have asked us to move our baby’s stuff prior to getting ceiling dust all over it.
