Everyone was super nice. Had procedure same day. Was in and out. It was a very pleasing appointment. This place is great and I highly recommend it.
Dr Ridge is great but it is virtually impossible to reach anyone at the office by phone.
The staff is fine & undoubtedly very capable at their job. However, if you have an appointment expect to wait…and wait…and wait some more. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE unless you want a nap or enjoy reading books. Even restaurants will tell you what the expected wait will be. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE.
They were very nice to me.Some people just like to complain.The ladies at the front office took my name and told me to have a seat.
Meh -- acceptable. - my appointment started a half hour late, like at a lot of MD offices. - They played annoying music in the waiting area, and even in the exam room (what?!), - In the 5-10 minutes that the MD (Ridge) spent with me, she examined me and named the condition, but I don't remember what the name of it was. No explanation that would have told me anything else about it, what it might be starting now, how long I might have to live with it, and little discussion of non-medical interventions, other than use a gentle ... read more
