Dr Nathan has been my dermatologist for about 20yrs. Today I was going to make an appointment for a very minor issue. When I called to make an appointment as a self pay, I was Immediately met by the response that it's been over 3 yrs since you last saw Dr Nathan so we have to charge $139 to be a classified as a new patient again. I said no, Dr Nathan has seen me and knows me personally for many years. She said sorry the charge must apply to everyone.
