My daughter was seen to have lesions removed using a topical ointment. When they looked at the areas, the doctor acted like she had seen this many times before and quickly went through the motions. With how fast she was in and out we were never told to wash the medication off after 1 hour which caused extreme pain and blisters on all areas that were treated. We have only had 1 of the nurses check in with us since they were made aware of the situation and we had to go back in to have some blisters drained. I can say that the ... read more
RecommendedI visit this dermatologist only as needed, once every few years. Even though I haven't been seen in a long time, they always seem to get me right in and are the most prompt, kind and efficient office! Absolutely zero complaints!! I'd highly recommend this office!! (Pittsford location)

Excellent experience. Everything one hopes to find, a doctor who takes time to listen and explain. Dr. Hahn was extremely thorough and caring. The office has great hours, and I didn't have to wait months to be seen. Now there is a new convenient location in Webster. I highly recommend.
