Dr. Ben Tran has a very kind, gentle manner. The clinic staff members are also excellent.
Horrible experience - the office’s billing agent yelled at me over the phone because Anthem wouldn’t approve coverage with Dr Lee due to her moving offices. I told them that this is what my insurance is telling me, and I got screamed at by this admin team. Will not be going here for “care.”
