long wait times and hours of operation online are wrong. every time i call i get the other office location and have to ask if its the westbury location or not. says open at 8 am on friday but just called (got the other office) and said they (westbury) opened at 930 .... i don't know maybe someone should correct that ?

Been coming here for years and not one to write reviews but I am so frustrated with them. Dr prescribed me 3 different acne products… go to pick them up at pharmacy to have them tell me one is not covered and needs prior authorization. Fine I will get the paper work and pick up prescription a few days later… so I thought. Nope. Called office 9 times in the course of two weeks. Westbury and woodmere location. They are scams. Dr. Sara—I don’t remember her name—never sees what exactly happens to the skin; she just wants multiple appointments from the patient. She's also selling her product, which she wants customers to buy from her only, not from others. She said those products don't cover insurance, and I paid $200$ for that product when I found that product online; it was only $35$.
