I wish I could give this place zero stars. The dentists are fine. I actually liked Dr. Pincus. She was wonderful with my son. My biggest gripe is with the administrative staff who seem overwhelmed inept, and poorly trained. The office manager is the worst of them all.. she's just all over the place. To start, I was skipped by another family on our first visit. We waited 2 HOURS to be seen, "because they ran into a difficult procedure". Who does that? No one came out to say I'm sorry or provide an update while we waited, said... read more
