Had some issues getting my insurance card on time the care clinic was closed and I was worried about not being able to reschedule prior to my appointment. They took the initiative to reach out and provide me with my best options. The fact that out of business hours they were still communicative, speaks a lot. Definitely will be coming here.
The doctor was nice but his front desk or assistants are rude and unprofessional and blame clients with concussions for their lack of communication. My case got dropped because their assistant fail to reply back to me about my appointment. Given that they work with clients with concussions & you explain to them your symptoms they wouldn't be so ignorant to tell you " its not our job to track you down". This is by far the most comprehensive concussion treatment clinic in Johnson County. treatment is focused not only on diagnosis but rehabilitation as well. Highly recommend if you want to get better!
