I've never looked at your Facebook page- but great articles!!! I also wanted to let you know that I've reached out to Express Scripts on every social media platform available after they notified our family that Comprehensive Care would no longer be covered. In having to use a different pharmacy/pharmacies we were quickly reminded of what exceptional service CC provided our family for years. Outstanding service and wonderful staff!
We order a rare compounded seizure medication from this pharmacy and have it shipped to our home a few hours south. I have never meet the staff in person, but I am always greeted with such warmth - as if I have known them all for years. On most occasions the pharmacist will hop on the phone and ask how our kids are doing, how the medication is working out, and give insight on changes in the pharmaceutical world regarding seizure treatment. My family has been going to this Pharmacy for about 20 plus years. I go in today to pick up my sick kid's prescription and the pharmacist was more interested in helping her pal behind me in the line. She was very RUDE and refused to answer a single question about my daughter's prescription. I will change back to Walgreens in Highland, at least there I get my questions answered politely

Always nice employees! I had an eye emergency on Saturday and Mark was working with me that morning when I brought in my prescriptions and they didn’t have one he asked me for some pharmacy’s that I’d like to see if they had it and I listed a few and he called around for me to see if they had it. I didn’t have to do anything! So grateful for this pharmacy! Glad I’ve been going there my whole life and will forever!
They are always so kind and helpful! Great group of people!
