My experience with Dr Gibbs and the staff have been extremely professional and polite. They take mental health seriously and they have never made me feel like my emotions are a burden and they treat me with great care very empathetic.
I absolutely love Traci Gibbs. Unfortunately, the office staff leaves much to be desired. They don't respond to messages in the patient portal, and it takes multiple calls to get simple issues resolved. I'll stick with Dr. Gibbs because she is amazing, but I dread ever having to call about anything because I know I'll get the runaround from the gatekeeper.
