Very disappointed in "Comprehensive" Cancer Center. The only thing comprehensive about this place is the complete waste of time and money. Had to pay my Specialist co pay for a "consultation" spoke with the doctor for 3 minutes told to come back twice the following week for a follow up and treatment (Why it couldn't be on the same day to save me a co-pay, no idea). I just had full blood work done may 4th and May 18th even though I had two full panels done within the last thirty days they made me have repeat blood work came b... read more
This place is so unorganized. Waiting over 45 minutes with no update when we will be seen. They post notes saying let them know if longer than 15 minutes, just to do nothing. Told them and they still didnt have an answer. If you can use another place do it.
Dr. J is wonderful and caring. He is very genuine in his concern for you which is like a unicorn in the revolving doors of cancer. He made me feel seen and heard. Also, the staff is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend Dr. J!
am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Comprehensive Cancer Center. From the beginning, I was led to believe that I would receive the care, guidance, and support I desperately needed during a very serious health situation. The staff initially seemed attentive and willing to help, which gave me a sense of hope during an already overwhelming time. However, that changed abruptly. We had made an appointment a month previously, and then we got a call and were asked to come in a half hour earlier, which we did. Then we waited for three hours. THREE HOURS to see the doctor after we had made an appointment weeks ago. CCC seems to see it's patients as dollar signs and believes our time has no value. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, inhumane, and inexcusable. To top it off, when the doctor finally saw us, she spoke to us for 90 seconds to inform us we'd have to see another physician.
