10 page questionnaire of entirely invasive questions, we felt as though we were being interrogated, asking for the whole Social Security number subjecting us to identity theft. How many kids do we have, when all they need to know is what prescription we are taking.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and complete absence of empathy at this facility. We arrived fifteen minutes early for a scheduled appointment, only to wait an hour and fifteen minutes past our scheduled time, a total of an hour and thirty minutes sitting in the waiting room. They have a sign instructing patients to alert the front desk if they have been waiting longer than fifteen minutes, which we did multiple times. Each check-in resulted in a different excuse. Very disappointed in "Comprehensive" Cancer Center. The only thing comprehensive about this place is the complete waste of time and money. Had to pay my Specialist co pay for a "consultation" spoke with the doctor for 3 minutes told to come back twice the following week for a follow up and treatment (Why it couldn't be on the same day to save me a co-pay, no idea). This place is so unorganized. Waiting over 45 minutes with no update when we will be seen. They post notes saying let them know if longer than 15 minutes, just to do nothing. Told them and they still didnt have an answer. If you can use another place do it.
