I had an extremely frustrating experience with Comprehensive Digestive Institute of Nevada. I scheduled an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel due to a family emergency involving a car accident. I called as soon as I could, which ended up being at 5:30 PM on Friday — after their office had already closed (their hours are only 9–5). They dont care if you live or die. If you are a new patient, all 4 receptionists will be on their phone. Do NOT talk or speak to them as they will just point at the clipboard , sign in and eventually sometime during the day they will call u. Their call center dont bother even leaving a message, they will call u back in 48 hours but will not help u. Ai robots have more personality
Still waiting on why the doctor won’t take my case. I’m in pain and don’t understand why my primary would recommend this center if they don’t want to help.
I strongly dislike going to doctors due to a complex medical condition and years of being dismissed or not treated well. Over time, this created a lot of fear and stress around medical visits. Surprisingly, I genuinely enjoy going to Comprehensive Cancer Center of Nevada — it honestly feels more like going to a spa than a medical facility.
