If I could give zero stars I would. This place is massively incompetent. The first therapist my child had was wonderful, unfortunately she left the facility. the miscommunication with the staff, the incompetence is just unbelievable. I feel like I need mental help after dealing with them for a simple letter for my son’s school.
To be very clear- this review is not for my daughter’s therapist, Tom Z or the office staff at the Lyndhurst office. They get 5+ stars! But the billing department is horrible! My daughter has been going here since July. Every visit we’d pay our deductible when we arrive, we never received a statement via email or mail. So we assumed we had no outstanding balance. I worked for CBH in Morris Plains they do not care about the “CONSUMERS” and yes I was there for a short time and yes I was only a “HOUSE KEEPER” but I had more conversation with the consumers than the director. I saw how they mistreated them how they belittled them disrespected them…basically the consumers were nothing more than a CHECK and that’s the way the consumers described themselves to me…..but I did make a promise to them and to myself that I was taking online classes so I can get my degree in psychology mental illn... read more

The armpit of whatever they think there trying to accomplish they really don’t help anyone more like they could harm you hey that’s my experience as well as a few others I know that were there really pass this place up Seriously if you’re looking to worsen than your mental health CBH is for you because you not going to get help there
