My provider Dr. Brandon Baker was great. But Bloom Health is extremely disappointing. They've been so unreliable, with no follow-up. I have no idea what they are going to charge for my recent first appointment despite being told I would be informed in advance. Changing or cancelling an appointment is a total hassle. You can view your upcoming appointment on your portal but you can't request a change without calling.
