I've been seeing Kelly cash for a year now and she is the best.I always feel heard when I see her. I can tell her anything and everything. And I never feel rushed she gives me as much time as I need. She actually remembers things we've talked about and not just reading notes from the last visit.. You can tell she really loves her job and it's not just about a paycheck. I was able to take my time to explain all the problems I was having and felt my Dr.Gallow listened to everything and discussed with me the treatment he recommended...its nice to have a young dr.so much has changed in the past 30yrs and having a new insight into today's practices makes me fell I have a chance at recovery!
My 1st appointment i waited OVER 45 mins to get called back, it was awful getting checked in and using their tablet THEN I walk in 9 mins late, just 9..where every other doctors office has at LEAST a 10 min grace because ya know lights,traffic....LIFE......who holds these people accountable when they make you wait 45 mins or MORE because they are running late?????? Do they give you a free appointment??? I seriously doubt it! And this is supposed to help people with depression and such???? Spent 10 mins trying to get them to ... read more
