I cannot express my gratitude towards the people that have helped my family. We got services towards the end of 2019 to 2023. From the height of the pandemic to the very end of it we had care! Our team went above and beyond for all 3 of my girls. They never missed a beat. They helped my husband and I how to navigate our new lives with children with Autism. Horrible experience with intake personnel. This place is utterly inflexible with their treatment plans. What I gleaned through conversation, is that they seem to apply a standard civilian household environment model and try to superimpose this on a Military household. I can't fathom why this business is part of the Tricare system. I will be filling a complaint with the Fleet and Family Centers on Post.
