I was solely calling to inquire about testing and the woman on the phone was the rudest person I have ever come across. She not only was acting if I was stupid and did not understand basic English but she was sighing during the whole call. I have never felt so disrespected trying to receive mental health services. I would not recommend this place I did not even talk to a doctor but I do not think they would respect me at all. I honestly wish I could give no stars because of how disrespected she made me feel. Dr. Hafeez was extremely late to the appointment, waited almost an hour and needed to leave
Amazing facility and Doctors! The appointments are spread out through months because it might be the only place that takes insurance in the city for neuropsych testing.
The staff here are great. They take the time to listen and make you feel heard. The tests are long but I can't tell you how good it feels to finally have as much details on my condition as I received from the evaluation process. If nothing else please follow through on this you be glad you did. Now my healing can start.
