At age 52 the "body" decisions I make today greatly impact my longevity. Composition ID was able to help me get REAL numbers I could work with related to my body composition. My at home body fat measurements were WAY OFF! They helped me see where I needed to focus and strategies that could help! They are experts and super kind! The info is amazing and the cost? Very reasonable! A+++ rating and Malissa is the best!! Houston has a great resource for those who are serious about fitness and longevity!

Malissa and Composition ID are first class. As a competitor I have done other tests that are hard to test. I have 100% confidence in the DEXA scan. I get them done every six weeks. It gives so much comprehensive information I am blown away and my coaches are able to dial me in faster and more efficienctly.
I was so frustrated with not being able to lose weight, but it wasn't until I got my RMR that I found out crash dieting had ruined my metabolism. However, I followed Malissa's advice and increased my metabolic rate dramatically. Now we can focus on losing the weight I have been trying to get rid of for years! Beyond grateful and completely satisfied. Please do yourself a favor and get your scans and tests done!

Malissa at Composition ID Houston was amazing. I did two DEXA scans about 90 days apart as part of a fitness challenge and it was such a great experience. As a scientist, I am often too obsessed with concrete evidence such as numbers. I saw significant changes in my body but didn't see much movement of the numbers on the scale.
