Great service, but customer service needs to be improved… I had a body scan about two weeks ago. I loved it so much that I showed my body scan to everyone at work. I was raving about the services so much that many of my co-workers thought I worked for the company or was getting referral fees! After corresponding via email with the company regarding questions about interpreting my body scan (the responses were quick), I e-mailed the company to see about scheduling body scans for several of my co-workers. Malissa broke down the information from my DEXA scan so I could really understand it. It is easy to get to their location and the scan took just a few minutes. The scan is affordable so I can take the information, make changes to my lifestyle (diet & exercise) and then go back for another scan. I highly recommend Composition ID.
This was a fantastic visit! I learned so much about myself in less than 30 minutes. Melissa was very polite and knowledgeable. She was able to help us understand the numbers and when we asked about how it affects our goals in losing weight, she easily showed us how that lined up with recommended weight for someone my age and sex. Would love to go back for a comparison scan when we visit Houston next summer!
