Booked an appointment online and was texted 3 hours before the appointment that by mistake they forgot to block their calendar because they were off. I get it. Was fine and rescheduled for the next week same time. I showed up and there’s no one there. I called and texted and no answer. Got a call back and apparently they forgot I even had an appointment. I went for an RMR test and it was really interesting to learn a more accurate metabolism estimate for my body. I am short so online calculator estimates tend to be really low. This test was really helpful and Kevin was great at breaking down the numbers and describing what they mean for my goals.
Awesome service that's tough to find in many places. I rely on the body composition scans and RMR to make sure my diet and workout plans are helping me too achieve my health and fitness goals. Kevin is really nice and helpful and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!!
This is a great place to go if you want to know your starting point for your RMR. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Just as an FYI Google maps as the location across the street on the left side. It is not. It is on the right side of the street right at the corner.
