Comporium is an illegal monopoly in open violation of FCC laws that recently forced all customers to disconnect cable and go to streaming services- of course upselling their own streaming service in the process. My 87 year old mother lives in Rock Hill and was forced into this change. She was paying $269/month for phone/internet/cable prior to the forced transition to streaming. This is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with and if there was any alternative in this area, I would jump on it. The service is unreliable, slow, and they increase rates without telling you. The first you hear of it, is when you get a late notice and late fees. A poorly run company indeed.

Where to begin? The service is lousy and overpriced. Internet and cable especially go out frequently. They do a lot of “scheduled maintenance” that they don’t have the decency to warn customers about. Pricing is dishonest; they will tell you one rate over the phone, then slap you with a higher one on your bill. And they WILL NOT honor what they tell you on the phone. Believe me, I’ve tried. I'll say it again...I had better service in Afghanistan. I get booted off within two minutes of signing on. And there's no telling if I'll be able to stay connected for thirty minutes or if I'll keep getting booted off every two minutes.
Comporium has horrible service and Customer Service is terrible There should be more service providers in this area.. Comporium is terrible ..they don"t care ..They deserve a 0
