This company's internet and customer service is HORRIBLE. I've been in the Fort Mill area for 15 years and it just gets worse every year with Comporium. The speed is a joke, they price gouge and the CSR's are rude. I have weekly issues with my service and they never get resolved. Reliable satellite ISP's are coming. Your days of this monopoly are numbered Comporium. Good Riddance!

If I could rate zero I would. The worst internet provider I have ever dealt with. I have had spectrum and twc both are miles better than comporium. Since I have had it(because it’s the only provider in the area) it’s been down more time than it stays up. So in essence I’m paying not to have internet.

i would rate Comporium a 0... bc they have bad internet and i security bc the both work together .. The Customer Service is horrible .. too quick to transfer no ownership of resolving issues ...overall horrible service ... need more service providers in the area.. Comporium has horrible service

Love this area and hate that conporium is the monopoly. Literally, I have called just about every provider to break away from this bad provider. We just moved into fort mill from the Steele creek area. Never once did I have issues with TWC or at&t when fiber came down my neighborhood. I pay over 60 bucks a month and it keeps going up. Wondering if anyone uses cradle points or mifi’?

Just checked my basic internet bill today, and it went up $5.00, from 54.99 to 59.99. When will the legislators of South Carolina end this monopoly. No other provider can compete in the area because of an age old agreement. These things should have expiration dates, so that customers can shop around for better services at better prices.
