It seems a lot of bad reviews are just noise of customers that dont understand Apple strict warranty processs. Putting a filter on that the people who run Compnow are some of the best in the Australian industry and do a lot for the comunity. Fast quoting, competitive prices, service and suply. For a lot Compnow are amazing.
I requested assistance for a easy task to upgrade to MS365. I sought help because I was concerned I may lose emails/documenation fo rmy business. A total waste of time. Eventually I received an email that noted "a representative from Compnow's helpdesk will be in touch shortly to assist you." Did I receive assistance? NO. What a waste of my valuable time.
Rude and dismissive team, I don't think they care about much beyond their profit margins.
Great guys
