I requested assistance for a easy task to upgrade to MS365. I sought help because I was concerned I may lose emails/documenation fo rmy business. A total waste of time. Eventually I received an email that noted "a representative from Compnow's helpdesk will be in touch shortly to assist you." Did I receive assistance? NO. What a waste of my valuable time.
Rude and dismissive team, I don't think they care about much beyond their profit margins.
