Love complexions, have been coming here for years but received the membership for Christmas and I’ve realized that they have so much to offer! My massages have been amazing, Coral is wonderful. Excited to try new things here. Super friendly staff and always a calming clean environment.
Amazing spa. I like how clean and comfortable it is. The only thing that is missing is a cold plunge or something- you cant really do the sauna and steam room the right way without a cold cycle so I went and stood out in the snow. Maybe people use the shower for the cold part but it was broken. Otherwise, really just what I expected from a spa with a bit of luxury.
This past Monday was my first time visiting Complexions, and I had a 60-min shea butter drizzle relaxation massage by Teresa. She was excellent, and my only regret was not booking for 90 minutes, because I didn't want it to end. She did an amazing job, and I left there feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated physically, mentally and emotionally. Total bliss! Update 2024: Went back. Soaking tub was falling apart - literally the jet fell off in my tub as I was soaking, and my friend had chunks of gunk come out of her jets, meaning they don’t clean these often. On top of that, I go to the bathroom in the lobby area, there’s a leak in the ceiling so close to the toilet that you have to sit with your legs so far open to not get dropped on. This Saratoga Spa hosts many amenities and treatments for its clients. The staff is highly professional as well as personable! Angel (Master Aesthetician) is extremely knowledgable about procedures, treatments and appropriate products. She is a genuinely friendly, warm hearted person who takes her client's needs and goals seriously. The spa and all it's employees are truly high quality!
