Worst Experience....Never once again will go this salon. appointment procedure was ridiculous and they don't care about timings. High price with bad customer service. I had hair cut and it was a total disaster...
Hard to make an appointment – Making an appointment there is a procedure. I used to get a live person everytime that I called. Now I have to leave a voice mail and wait hours for a return call. They say on their voice mail you can book your appointment online, everytime I try to do so, the service is not up and running. No matter what time of day. To me, this is a big hassle and not worth it. They should hire more people to answer the phones and help the customers. I always have to wait for at least 10 minutes to check out s... read more
Love the Shellac Manicure – I went in to see Amy for a shellac manicure. We discussed that my job involved working with computers and taking apart hardware, using tools, and other types of nail breaking working. I'm so happy to say that I did a complete system board replacement on a laptop and I don't have a single chip. In fact at 10 days later, my nails are still absolutely perfect. I chose a dark color so of course you can see a bit of regrowth but they still look fabulous.
Excellent Hair Cut – Pam was a great stylist. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going there again. Their prices were very fair as well. I was very happy with my haircut and will be returning. I highly recommend them
Big City servcies at Albany Prices – Complexions is amazing. I've been there to get my hair styled, as well as to get massages and I have NEVER been let down. The services rival anything I have ever been able to find in NYC, and the best part is that they are located right in Albany. How could it get more convenient?
Big City Spa in a Small City – I have been visiting Complexions since 2001. I have moved out of Albany for over 5 years now, but I still make the trip to Albany to frequent this Spa. If you are vacationing in the area, I urge you to visit this spa, you will not be sorry!! They recently moved into a new space which is breathtaking!! great spa, great service! – Complexions just opened a new spa, and let me tell you it is FABULOUS!!! The lockerooms (ladies) has a steam and sauna room and personal lockers so you pick your code! They bring you to a nice lounge area to relax and the service provider comes for you. I never been to a spa that offered soo many different types of services and have such a knowledgable staff. Excellent service and excitied about new location – I recently visited Complexions Spa and was very happy with the massage, facial, and haircut I received. It was a very warm, friendly environment. the massage therapist did an excellent job, I loved the heated massage table. Also, the esthetician was very knowledgeable and recommended a few things to help me with my skin. I was also very excited to hear about their new spa that will be opening in May. Good service, bad atmosphere – Visited spa for a massage but wasn't too thirlled about the environment. While the massage was nice, there was not much of a sitting area. It was awkward when a work area door would open becuase you could hear way too much information and talking about things clients should not be hearing.
