I literally had to call 5 times over one month to get a cost estimate I'm required to submit in advance to my insurance company. And they never actually sent me any, until two minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled when they realized I wasn't showing up. Because of their neglect, I lost the last opportunity to use this year's insurance amounts, which will cost me hundreds of dollars.
they should do something with their scheduling and how they communicate appointment changes. Gave me two different timings and a day before changed my appointment time an hour earlier. Often times they would ask to change the timings after scheduling a time. Most of the staff are kind but whoever is responsible for checking the calendar and communicating should be aware.

À fuir. Je déconseille fortement cette clinique. Le matériel utilisé est vieux et dépassé, et le docteur n’a pas assez d’expérience pour un traitement Invisalign ou en orthodontie. Après 4 mois de traitement Invisalign, aucun résultat, aucun changement visible. Le suivi est quasi inexistant et mes préoccupations n’ont pas été prises au sérieux.
