The owner of the company is completely inept and knows nothing about manufacturing. Shop has horrible ventilation, pay increases are rare, shop is generally not safe to work in, management is too cheap to supply anything or buy new equipment, benefits are poor, it's a filthy work environment, one of the worse run companies I have ever seen, everything is just a massive joke. Just avoid working here.
