I have a friend that has been home for 2 weeks now from colon cancer surgery and now has wounds on her belly and bottom with an ileostimy pouch! They still have not taken care of her medications or delivers any supplies to her home. 2 weeks now with no medication no pouches delivered and no wound care supplies. This is the saddest excuse for a home health that I have ever seen. Her sister thinks that they just want her to die since the nurses are not getting her any medication
This company used to be great, when Scott was leading this location. He always made sure things got done and if there was no one stepping up, he'd come to your house and do it himself. Ever since they replaced him it's gone downhill fast. On-call nurses never show, the nurses that do show up never want to do anything, I even had one nurse that was delivering supplies for us one day who wouldn't come in and take a look at a possible pressure sore because she "didn't have time" to step in for 30 seconds to let me know if it wa... read more
