No shade, until late afternoon . Even then the miserable black tar is still hot. My friend who has X Freedom health insurance was just assigned to this office. This isn't going to work. Oct. comment. My friend says that the Dr. is good, but they do not answer their phone or return phone calls.

A huge thank you to LC Kirk who answered the phone when I called with an emergency and was full of fear and anxiety. She had great patience with me and then went above and beyond to reach the Dr. and found a way to squeeze me in even though they were fully booked. Her attitude was/is so kind and calming. She made all the difference in the world that day. LC went above and beyond the call of duty. So grateful for her care. Thank you, you are appreciated!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Complete Care LLC. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Newman and arrived 30 minutes early at the Banana River Drive location. This was the address confirmed by the text reminders I received from their office. When I arrived, the office was closed for a staff meeting. I waited until 1:50 p.m. and then knocked on the door.
