same doctors but never the same staff??? – As a business owner myself, I would have to say there is something going on in this office. My wife has been through 2 pregnancies in the past 5 yrs with this office..The only familiar face beside our doctor has been her nurse pam, which is the reason we made it through 2 very difficult pregnancies. Every check up in between and through out the 2 pregnancies I have never seen so many staff come and go. All I can say is as a business owner myself, it makes your company look very poor... read more
Compassionate Doctors and Nurses Providing the Best Care – The doctors and nurses at CWCC are the best in the field. Dr. Hardwick-Smith delivered my daughter in 2007 and my son in 2009. She was there to support and encourage me every step of the way starting with my first pregnancy, second pregnancy, both C-sections, and follow-up care. She is kind and very experienced. Would not go Anywhere Else! – I have gone to CWC for both of my pregnancies and if we decide to have more children this is where I will be! While Dr. Hardwick-Smith is my primary Doctor, I have had the privileged to see Dr. Beard and Jurney, and I love them all! I can not leave out Brandi ether ... Doctors (and friends) for life – My 2nd baby boy was born on Sept 4, and was delivered by Dr. Lisa Beard. I was scheduled for an induction that day, but baby decided to come early (4:31am). Even though i am not her patient and never met her before that night, Dr. Beard was very professional and compassionate. She was there for me at four in the morning. Dr. Hardwick-Smith: Compassionate, Knowledgeable, Supportive – I recently went to Dr. Hardwick-Smith for a non-pregnancy health issue, She spent a great deal of time talking with me, was supportive and encouraging, and made sure I would get the very best care possible. Her response time on getting procedures scheduled was exceptional, too. Wonderful Doctor – I found Dr. Hardwick-Smith to be an excellent OB-GYN. I was pregnant with my first child when I went to Dr. Hardwick-Smith. Throughout the entire pregnancy she always displayed the utmost in care. She always went out of her way for me, she always returned all my phone calls, and I never had to ask her twice. Best OB, Best Care – During my pregnancy i was under the care of Dr Susan Hardwick-Smith. I have to say that she was very friendly, professional, caring and the perfect OB. I went in to preterm labour at 33 weeks so had quite alot of visits to the CWCC. Each visit was a positive experience, everyone was friendly, helpful, polite and very good at the their jobs!!! Compassionate Care during difficult time – I have to get in the habit about commenting on positive occurrences rather than just the bad ones. My treatment by Dr. Hardwick-Smith and her staff (Brandi, etc) was exceptional. I had a very difficult situation which I had to deal with and I really felt like they were with me every step of the way. I am a scientifically-minded emotional woman.
