Always pleasant, the wait can be extensive.
Everyone was very nice and informative. Rochelle was very nice and made sure I got my next appointment as soon as possible.
I am a new patient. I was a little frustrated with the wait time of 45 minutes. But all the staff was very friendly though.
Priscilla and Jessica were very nice Jessica had a wonderful smile. Angelica f. Was very friendly. Angie was very informative on her financial part .
1st time meeting Katherine. I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me about some recent lab results and the advice she had on next steps.
We always seem to have problems with our appointments when it comes to scheduling. We always show up on time but there have been several incidents where we arrive they have tried cancelling it due to staffing reason or where they gave us the wrong time for the appointments . It seems to be an issue with the scheduling department... Also we used to get confirmations of our appointment but for the last couple appointments we have not been receiving them.
