The check in process was really smooth and efficient. Giselle and Kathleen were both really friendly and warm. They both helped my husband and I feel comfortable and answered all of our silly questions.

I really would like to take the time to recognize the young lady Jasmine she was extremely professional through the chaos.. I felt so bad for her because it seemed as she was working alone while her coworkers entertained a pt who seem to be finished with her appointment. They had an extensive conversation that resulted in Ms. Jasmine working alone.No one assisted her and she handled every patient with grace... Everyone was so kind and genuine. Very caring and Kathleen was awesome. Made me feel so comfortable.
Always feel welcoming evertime I am here, never feel rushed even when they are behind. Great bedside manners. I been a patient for at least 11 years and always referring patients here. Keep up the great service and do not change the act of kindness because it goes a long way.
