super doc – I have been a patient of Dr Hardwick -Smith since 2003. After two full term pregnancies, and one miscarrige in between, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Doc and her staff!!!!!!!!!!!I I was refered to her by my best freind who is a Dentist, and later realized my sister-in-law ,who is also a Doctor, was also a patient of hers. Best Docs Around – I disagree with the 2 reviews that say these docs are the worse! I have been to several OBGYN?s and have never been treated better. I think everyone was nothing but professional from the girl who made my appointment to the doctor herself. An experience like none other! This office does not have the "scary doctor" feel at all! Its great! – Being a patient at the office has been a wonderful experience. GREAT CARE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE – I LOVE THIS OFFICE I HAVE SPENT SOME TIME HERE OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS. THE KNOWLEDGE, AND BEDSIDE MANNER THE DOCTORS SHARE ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT. If you value your time, don't waste it here! – This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to! I have waited at least 45 minutes for each of my three appointments. - even when I had the first appointment of the day. Don't expect the staff to follow through with anything they say. I had to call seven times before someone finally returned my call regarding records transfer - only to find out they never sent the request to my prior doctor. Painless Laser Hair Removal! – First let me say that this place is wonderful from the staff to the doctors! They advertise painless laser hair removal so I went in for my free consultation with Missy (aesthetician) to discuss getting my bikini area treated and she was so knowledge and patient. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I even got my first treatment for free! She was right it was painless! I have had 3 treatments so far and I have hardly any hair left! The best place for any woman's needs – I had my first visit to the Complete Women's Care Center today and can't say enough about the level of service and care I received. This place is not only beautiful and comfortable, but the nurses and doctors are top notch. I met with June (Dr. Jurney's MSN, RNC) and she has an incredible bedside manner - I felt comfortable and at ease even though I was going through a tough time emotionally and medically. Best OB/GYN – Dr. Jurney is simply "the best" no doubt about it!!!! I have been to several ob/gyn(s) in the past and was never able to find one that just felt right. She has never failed to make sure that every step is made to insure the my needs were met and making sure i understood any and every option I have to make. Excellent and caring Doctor – Dr Jurney is knowledgeable and has a very pleasant bedside manner. My only regret is that I didn't find this center sooner. Dr Jurney delivered my 2nd child and made the experience easier. She even offered a large mirror to allow me to see the birth which is something my previous doctor did not do. I highly recommend this practice.
