The front desk team are useless. The first time I booked with them I got there to find out my appointment had been cancelled. The second time they had booked me in for the wrong appointment. Today she calls me to tell me the procedure I needed (and the reason I booked this appointment over a month ago) wasn’t possible so they had booked me in for a well woman exam instead. I have spoken to them 3 separate times this week and they had assured me all was booked in and approved by my insurance. Also if they looked at my record ... read more
Tried 3 times to have a medical practitioner call me back- never received a call to an urgent matter. Took them way too long to schedule me for an appointment (new patient) and had to wait 2+ months for a followup visit after my first appointment.
Terrible service and the receptionist is none empathetic to parents who are in dire need of help. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
