What happened to my medical records from the Long Beach location, now closed, from 2018?
This is an incredibly delayed review. I’m talking 6 year delay. So this post is more cathartic than anything and part of my process of facing trauma and releasing it. 6 years ago I went into surgery with Dr. Mueller with Complete Women Care at the Surgery center on LB blvd, for a partial hysterectomy. I called this location after talking with Memorial Care for 30 minutes looking up every single OBGYN to find a doctor in my area only to find that there wasn't any available until September, however, when I called this location all they did was route me back to Memorial Care after finding out I was a new patient, even though this location IS NOT affiliated with Memorial Care. I was really excited to come here since the reviews are wonders! However, I’ve been on the hunt for a good clinic to get help with a personal issue, however as I requested to book an appointment I was denied because I am “new” & not welcoming new patients atm. Women don’t decide when they want to visit, it just kind of happens. Hopefully if they re-open to new patients I will change my review but for now I’m just upset cause I need a second option.
Staff and doctors are amazing! Highly recommend this place.
